Stabicraft 2500 Frontier Launch

This week saw the Darwin arrival of Stewie’s New Stabicraft 2500 Frontier.
Not wasting any time, our service team had a new Yamaha Outboards Australia F300 V6 Lightweight fitted and Pre delivered for a water test.
Whilst it was only a quick test between storms we can confirm that this is one hell of a combination.
The boat ride was unbelievably smooth and quiet, riding nice and flat and responded very well to trim.
5 Big Blokes on-board, 250kg Cargo load under the massive cast deck the boat quickly responded and reached max RPM and 76kph (indicating could spin a larger propeller with comfort).
Next to no bow lift was experienced and was on the plane with little effort which is pretty amazing for a 25 footer.
More tests will be carried in the very near future once the comprehensive fit out is carried out by our service team.
This package is being fitted with 16” Simrad Touch Screen, Simrad Auto Pilot, Yamaha’s new CL7 Command Link Gauge with sounder/GPS pilot options, Premium Sound from JL Audio, Minn Kota Auto deploy 112lb Electric Bow Mount, Stress Free Anchor Winch just to get started.
